PayPanel for TravelPay users
Built for travel agencies using TravelPay by Zenith Payments

Use the TravelPay API — without writing code

PayPanel connects your TravelPay account to a clean, role-based console so teams can take payments, run pre-authorisations, issue refunds, and reconcile — without needing engineering.

Prerequisite: an active TravelPay account and API credentials issued by Zenith Payments.

Prerequisite: TravelPay by Zenith Payments

PayPanel is a companion application for agencies already onboarded to TravelPay and holding valid API credentials. PayPanel integrates with the official TravelPay API and does not replace your TravelPay merchant agreement.

Client Payments

Create one-off payment requests and view fee breakdowns. Track operator actions in an audit log.

Pre-auths & Refunds

Create, capture, and void pre-authorisations; issue partial or full refunds from the console.

Reconciliation

Allocate payments to invoices and customers; match settlements and exports for finance workflows.

B2B Supplier Batches

Organise supplier payout batches with statuses, notes, and supporting documents.

How it works

  1. Connect TravelPay — enter your API credentials once (UAT or Live).
  2. Use the console — take payments, run pre-auths, issue refunds, reconcile.
  3. Report & export — export activity for finance workflows and record-keeping.
PayPanel operates as a user interface layer over your existing TravelPay relationship and permissions.
Security & Access Control
  • Role-based access (admin, finance, support).
  • API credentials stored encrypted at rest.
  • Operator action logging for key workflows.
Note: PayPanel is not a payment processor. Payments are processed via TravelPay by Zenith Payments under your merchant agreement.
Compliance note

PayPanel does not replace your TravelPay merchant agreement and does not change your obligations. It provides a controlled interface to the official TravelPay API for agencies already onboarded to TravelPay by Zenith Payments.
